With the aging society, robots are drawing attention as existence of human beings performing work necessary for the management of society. Against this backdrop, research on robots has received great promise all over the world, both ultra small micromachine type and humanoid type.
In the robotics laboratory, we research on human simulator for treatment practice, development of low-pressure tongue depressor used for oral surger, 3D swarm intelligent robot demonstrating power by cooperating in the group, development of humanoid robot similating human growth.
Development of the robot requires knowledge of the design, manufacture and control of the robot. Through these studies, we aim to acquire a broad perspective and execution skills, along with the foundation and application of robots.
